I just came back from a 5-hour long bike ride on the coast, from West LA to Pacific Palisades, then down to El Segundo, then back to Santa Monica and West LA. Even though I didn't have my meter with me, I'd say from past experience this ride was pretty close to 40 miles in length.

Needless to say, I can barely feel much from my ass down at the moment. ;) Anyway, it was a nice day in LA to break in my new bike!

Funny thing: the final song that was playing on my iPod as I finally reached my place was "I'm too tired" as performed by Gary Moore. How so very appropriate...
